In March 2008, Amy spearheaded Pearse Street’s marketing department, launching clients’ websites and networks into Google’s top ten and building significant traffic results and communities of users. Within this role, she works closely with clients to brainstorm, strategize, and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns, guaranteeing high visibility and viral success for each social network and website that we launched. During both design and development stages, Amy is an advocate for the client to make sure that each phase of the project is consistent with their marketing goals. After two years of growth under Pearse Street, Social Focus Marketing, Inc. was formed to provide a more robust line of marketing services to its clients, including businesses looking to benefit from social media marketing services. As the C.E.O. of Social Focus, Amy manages the design, development and marketing of social media marketing accounts, as well as performs a range of traditional PR services.

Daniella has worked on the ad sales team for a national financial media company, on the institutional sales/marketing team of a global asset management firm, and on the design team for a cosmetics company owned by the luxury conglomerate, Moet Henessy – Louis Vuitton. She studied literature and graphic design in college, and has propelled her marketing career forward with her entrepreneurial thinking and fresh aesthetic. Applying her skills in both language and art, Daniella manages the social media marketing and design for our clients’ campaigns.

After four years running Pearse Street, a social network design and development company, she and Pearse Street marketing director, Amy Grishman, broke off the Pearse Street marketing department into its own entity, Social Focus Marketing, Inc. While still overseeing creative direction and project management at Pearse Street, Fuchsia works with the Social Focus executive, creative and production teams in an advisory capacity within their Salem office.
